Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We are looking for dedicated Night Support Workers to join a children’s residential home and provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: ?? Supporting the young people throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being.
?? Maintaining a calm and settled environment.
?? Completing relevant paperwork and incident reports.
?? Ensuring the home remains clean and secure.
?? Providing emotional support and responding to any needs that arise during the night.
Requirements: ? Previous experience working with children or in a care setting (preferred but not essential).
