Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care, including washing and preparing for bed.
• Ensure good bedtime routines and monitor sleeping patterns.
• Address any medical needs promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and colleagues.
• Perform light housekeeping duties during shifts.
• Accurately record information and complete administrative tasks.
About the Employer: Interaction Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Support Worker’s to work within a variety of environments within the Crediton area .You’ll be enabling residents to get the most out of life, supporting individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends and gain the ability to move on to more independent living when they’re ready. The residential home is enabling service users with autism and learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
