Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in a care home setting
Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meal preparation
Promote independence and wellbeing by encouraging participation in social and recreational activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of individualsRequirements:
6 months of experience in a care home setting
Valid manual handling certificate
Flexibility to work day and night shifts, as well as evenings and weekends
Right to work in the UK
