Support Worker – Waking Nights
18 hrs per week – Kettering NN16

£12.00/hr (to rise in April 2025)
Must be Male due to Care Plans.
Must have good knowledge and experience of working with Autism
Night shifts are 2 x 10pm-7am, including alternative weekends.
NN16 (Kettering, close to Sainsburys) – Working in an established residential care facility, we require 1 night support worker. You will work 2 x 10pm-7am, inc alternative weekends

You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
· One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Ideal, not essential).
· Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills
· Must be Male due to Care Plans.
