Support Worker
Joining a well-established organisation that support and care for children and young people within residential care services
Supporting within an existing 3 bedded children’s home for children and young people with LD and Autism
Following and updating bespoke care plans that support children and young people
Ensure all support meets OFSTED standards
Work with a team of support workers, seniors, deputies and RMs
No personal care currently needed
Ilkeston based
Contract Details:
Full-time, permanent contract, 39 hours a week
A combination of early shifts, late shifts, and full days with regular sleep-in duties.
Full 07:30 – 22:00 or sleep
Late 14:30- 22.00 or sleep
Early 07:30-15:00
All positions include alternate weekends and bank holidays.
Unqualified Support Worker = £23400
Qualified Support Worker = Up to £25600
+ £40 per sleep = £2080 per year
Requirements:
Driving Licence is essential
Ideally Level 3 in children and young people (essential for qualified pay)
Ideally experience within a residential setting
