A prestigious client is looking to employ a qualified SSW with fostering experience. The successful applicant will inherit a caseload of up to 10 household/14 children. If caseload is less than 10 then there will be a requirement to be involved in either carer training delivery, form F assessments, participation/engagement events , recruitment events etc. depending on where strengths sit. TOIL will apply if events are outside normal working days.

The IFA has 300 children in placement across 6 regions (SW, SE, SC, Mids, NE, NW). We have 80 staff. They are owner-led and have intentions to become an employee-owned trust over the next 18 months.
The company runs a blend of central support services (marketing, HR, IT) and devolved regional tasks.
The role is full time /37.5 hours per week/9-5. It is home based; but an expectation to travel to carers and meet at the regional office for training/meetings, normally 2-3 times per month.
There is a requirement to provide OOH on call work on a rota 1:5 weeks.
Terms:
Salary 40K
PRP after probation (based on regional growth)
Out of hours pay (£150 per week)
