Manage a manageable caseload, providing in-depth support and fostering positive outcomes for children and families.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, reports, and chair meetings on a regular basis.
Collaborate effectively with other professionals and agencies to ensure a coordinated approach.
Take the lead on specific parenting programs, empowering families to reach their full potential.
Uphold statutory duties and demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant legislation.Who You Are:
A qualified Social Worker (degree or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience (desirable).
Currently registered with Social Work England (SWE).
Experienced in conducting specialist PAM assessments.
Adept at using a psychodynamic framework to understand family dynamics.
A skilled facilitator with experience delivering parenting programs.
Possess a strong safeguarding record and experience giving evidence in court.We Offer:
