We’re seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our dedicated therapies team.
As a Registered Social Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals facing a range of psychiatric conditions. You’ll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care, focusing on recovery and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Collaborate with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
Promote social inclusion and support discharge planning.
Advocate for the rights of service users.
Qualifications and Experience:
Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
Proven experience in mental health care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
