Job Description:
It’s a front line job which does not involve data transfer. Your dutiies will include:
* Arrange appointments for themselves
* Visit clients in their homes
* Change clients alarms to a digital option
* Carry out a test call whilst on site – after reprogramming or changing the equipment
* Keep accurate records of the units that they switch out or re-programme.
