Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a part time (day days per week) experienced administrative assistant to support the Edge of Care hub within the Clinical Service at Hackney. The individual will be responsible for the administration surrounding hub meetings including room bookings, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes. The individual should also have finance experience as they will be responsible for making purchases on behalf of the service, paying invoices and arranging petty cash for workers. The role will also involve maintaining children’s records that are open to the hub as well as other ad-hoc administration tasks. The individual should have strong organisational skills and an ability to use their initiative. We will consider individuals from other backgrounds with transferable skills.
What you need:
QSW Status – including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
A minimum of 2 years’ experience
