We have a role Based in Leeds for a Lead Senior Support Worker. this is a full time permanent position
As a Lead Senior Support Worker you will be able to balance the needs of the service, along with your team and the persons you will be supporting, As a senior member of staff you should be able to inspire confidence in your team and help them make sure the highest quality person-centred support is given at all times. if you havnt worked as a senior previously but are looking to take that step up we can help with that but you must hold a level 3 in health and social care.
This role does involve days, evenings, weekends, and sleep ins so you must be flexible for this position
