Senior Support Worker
Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Respite Support Worker to join an established team in Doncaster.
This position is:
* Permanent
* 37 hours per week
* Mixture of days, afters and sleep ins on a rota basis
* There is a requirement to work every other weekend
Responsibilities
to ensure service users within the respite service receive person centred care and support
to run shifts in place of the management team where requiredRequirements
Extensive previous experience as a support worker
Able to make decisions under pressureQualifications
