Duties:
Register as the Responsible Individual of a children’s home
Work with Director of organisation to assist with the opening of a new children’s home
Ensure the service is fit for purpose
Ensure the service meets OFSTED guidelines and standards
Lead on recruitment of a brand new staff team
Implement policies and procedures for the service to follow
Lead on safeguarding concerns
Line manage Registered Manager
Working part-time, 1 day a week contract
Leicester based homePay:
Day rate, between £350 – £500 per day
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
Driving Licence
Experience as a Responsible Individual is essential
