I am currently representing Barnet council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate £15 (Day Shift) and £60 (Overnight) which is negotiable dependent upon experience.
We are looking for a Residential Worker this role will be Based NW4
The right candidate will:
* This is a newly opened children’s home based in Hendon NW4.
* It is a 2-bed home, supporting 2 young people.
* To work in a small team in order to support and implement the development of the children’s home.
* To enhance and effect change to the good of all children with whom they work by acquiring the necessary skills through their own training and development.
* To protect the young people from harm in and outside the home.
* To participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of the individual young people’s care plans.
* Candidates must have experience of working in a Children home (at least a year).
