An established company is seeking a Home Manager for an elderly residential home in a lovely area nearby Minster on Sea. The home is undergoing refurbishment at the moment and currently has 11 residents.
Key Responsibilities:
The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the team, providing knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home.
Home Manager Requirements:
Experience managing elderly residential care homes
Good knowledge of CQC single framework
Ability to lead and manage a team
Familiar with the use of digital systems such as PCS, electronic medication system
Ambitious and willing to learn and improveBenefits:
Salary of £42,000 per year
30 days annual leave
A very supportive team. A general manager in regular communication with you to assist with marketing and overall strategy
