I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, Home Care provider who are looking for a Registered Manager for their established office in the Great Dunmow area.
They are an independent company and are rated “Good” in all areas with CQC.
The Company:
Deliver bespoke homecare across Essex and surrounding areas
Offer care, support and assistance to elderly people, people with brain injuries, complex care, strokes etc
Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
Already have two offices with a third opening soon
The role:
Managing the day to day running of the branch – 1300 hours of care per week
Managing the office team
Working closely with Directors
Innovative ideas to continue growing the branch
Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and push for “Outstanding”
Required competencies:
Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting
Target driven individual
Enthusiastic and driven
Level 5 in Leadership and Management or willing to work towards
Excellent personal skills and great work ethic
Passionate about delivering high-quality care
Benefits:
Up to £48,000 on target earnings
