We are currently recruiting for a Children’s Home Manager for a new children’s home based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday – Friday.
The package on offer is top end market rate of up to £72,000.
Duties of the Children’s Home Registered Manager include:
You will manage the 4 bedded, LD residential home efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of Residential Manager, you will participate in an on-call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.
Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
Build and develop staff team
Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
Manage staff team within the service
Manage recruitment and staffing
Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
Manage quality assurance
Manage budget
Package:
A competitive salary of up to £60,000
+ £5,000 in welcome bonuses
+ up to 10% performance bonuses
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare
Experience within an EBD Setting
QCF 3 in Children and young people’s workforce (children’s social care pathway) or equivalent
