I am working with a small Domiciliary Care provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager in Halifax. The company Director is an excellent employer, extremely passionate about the clients and the welfare of everyone within the team.
What’s on offer:
£38,000-£40,000 (£45,000 OTE).
33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
Performance related bonuses.
Continual support from the Director and Regional Managers.
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
To promote the service to increase new client referrals.
To manage the business’ relationships with stakeholders, including Calderdale Council.
To manage the business’ compliance.
To manage clients’ care plans and to be responsible for ensuring safety and high standards for their ongoing care.
To manage the development and retention of all care staff with the Operations Manager.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager.
Must be working toward/achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
Must have a UK Driving Licence.
