I am looking for someone with experience in Domiciliary or Extra Care to oversee the running of a brilliant Extra Care Service based in Solihull. Somebody with previous exposure to managing individuals or a team in these settings is essential.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
Manage the 34-apartment service and oversee the support of the tenants
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, tenants and external stakeholders
Oversee staff rota, ensuring quality and compliance and adhering to CQC regulations
To encourage participation in social activities on-site and to build connections in the wider community
To work closely with Solihull councilRegistered Manager Requirements:
Previous experience in managing teams/individuals in a Domiciliary or Extra Care setting
Driven and ambitious
Good management skills and is willing to take on responsibility
Excellent personal skills
