You will be Registered Manager of two established branches that operate at 4500 hours of Domiciliary Care per week across both. They have a large office team to assist the RM.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:
To line manage the Carers and office staff
To work closely with staff and understand different cultures
Take ownership and responsibility of the branches delivering around 4500 hours of care per week
Work closely with the local authorities and key stakeholder in the area
To maintain and ensure the service is meeting CQC regulationsRegistered Manager Requirements:
Experience within a care setting – domiciliary care
Previous management experience
Great people management skills
Commercial awareness
Good knowledge of the local area
