My client is a leading care provider in the UK, seeking a Registered Extra Care Manager to oversee two services located close to each other in Derby. This role offers an attractive salary of up to £37,000 and is supported by a well-staffed team, with the significant advantage of no on-call responsibilities.
The Role:
Oversee the operations of two extra care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across both locations.
Responsible for the efficient delivery of excellent service in care delivery operations while looking to grow the business further.
Achieve and maintain high-quality service to comply with all legislative requirements from the local authority.
Take responsibility for minimizing and managing risk, ensuring risk management issues are identified and handled appropriately.
Play a lead role in investigation procedures concerning employee and care issues, always ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.Relevant Experience:
Achieved a minimum of NVQ level 3.
Experience within social care.
Experience in Strategic Planning.
Worked with CQC.
Good people skills with the ability to lead a team.
Proven track record of providing excellent care.
Ability to grow a service.
Experience in managing a large team and extensive care hours is desirable but not required.Bonus:
Salary: Up to £37,000.

No on-call requirement for the manager.
