I am looking for an experienced Care Manager to oversee the running of a brilliant Retirement Living establishment based in Edinburgh. The right candidate will have previous experience of managing Extra Care/Retirement Living/Residential Homes/Domiciliary Care services.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Estate Manager:
Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
Manage the provision of care for service users that require care packages
Understand and adhere to CQC regulations
Registered Estate Manager Requirements:
Previous experience as a Manager in a care setting essential, preferably within Extra Care/Retirement Living/Residential Homes/Domiciliary Care services
Experience in dealing with people with elderly clients in a previous role
Driven and ambitious
Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
SVQ 4 qualification level 9 and 10 (Essential)
