Salary – £26,542 – £29,181 per annum dependant on experience
With an additional sleep in payment of £65.

This role is in residential homes for females who have experienced or who are at risk of child sexual exploitation.
We are looking for exceptional support workers who can:
Work a shift pattern of 2 days on and 4 days off
Work as part of team to create a positive home environment
Offer care and support to children by providing structure, consistency and a nurturing environment.
Build effective relationships with children by supporting them with routine, activities, education and day to day tasks.
Assist with Developing and implementing care plans
Complete reports in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
QCF level 3 or above in residential childcare
Experience supporting children who have been adversely affected by circumstances, are emotionally vulnerable with challenging behaviours.
Experience supporting children who have experienced child sexual exploitation
Full uk driving licence and use of a car
Rights to work within the uk
Fully Qualified
