Placement Co-Ordinator

Hours: 37 hours a week
Rate: £16.88 umbrella an hour
About the Role
The Placement Co-Ordinator will be responsible for managing placements for clients in the social care sector. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to input data accurately and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
To provide support to the Adult Social Care Team with tasks relating to sourcing support packages and placements and ensuring that individual contracts are in place
To support the Finance Teams in resolving queries relating to care provided
To receive referrals from practitioners and secure appropriate support packages/placements
To access to social care records of vulnerable adults. Requirements
Able to communicate confidentially and politely with customers
Able to liaise effectively with practitioners, provider agencies and other professionals
Experience within a similar role
