Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Leaving Care Personal Advisor with Trafford Council
Trafford Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
Be able to support young vulnerable people from the age of 16 years old to 21 years old.
Provide Advice guidance, practical and emotional support throughout the care leavers journey.
Have clear communication with other partner agencies to help support the young persons into independence.
Essential Criteria
Must be a car user, Own a car and hold Business insurance
Previous experience working with Young people/Care leavers is essential
