I am working on behalf of an multi award-winning Home Care company based in London. They are on the lookout for a Partnerships Director with a focus on Sales & Marketing with the ultimate aim of growing the business.

The role:
Alongside the CEO, to develop and implement Sales & Marketing Strategy that aligns with company goals for each market in which we operate
Develop and integrate Sales strategy aligned with company goals and key area of talent supply, driving lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. Ensure alignment with company’s mission and vision
Maintain and grow our list of key external stakeholders, leveraging internal knowledge, and taking responsibility for the management of professional contacts via a CRM system
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, enhance reputation, and drive lead generation
Required competencies:
Demonstrable track record of growing businesses, preferably healthcare and private sector
Qualification in business administration, marketing or healthcare management
Experience in CRM management or implementation is desirable
Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
Understanding of the care sector and its market dynamics is desirable, passion for the industry is essential
Benefits:
£70- 80k Per annum
