Operations Manager – Children’s Residential Care Homes

I am recruiting for an Operations Manager to join a growing organisation, that provides expert residential childcare for children and young people across the Yorkshire area.
The organisation has experience in opening up children’s services and achieving OUTSTANDING Ofsted gradings.

Operations Manager
Children’s residential care homes, OFSTED regulated services
Managing 3 open homes, based in Sheffield and Rotherham and opening 2 new homes in and Doncaster. The Office is Leeds based
Working alongside HR team and Operations Director
Lead on Recruitment, staff development, and supervision
Lead on opening on new services, implementing company policies and procedures
Ensure all services are compliant with OFSTED, ensuring the managers of each home are safely managing each service
Lead on safeguarding concerns
Full-time, permanent positionPay:
Salary £60,000 – £70,000Requirements:
Driving licence
NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
Multi-site management experience
Experience as either an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Service Manager or RI
