In this role, you’ll be delivering vital community-based assessments and interventions, helping individuals maintain their independence through equipment provision, adaptations, and manual handling assessments.

✅ HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
✅ Local authority experience
✅ Expertise in manual handling assessments & home adaptations
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
