We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Nurse to join us in leading our nursing service in West Bromwich. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Talbot Court is a small nursing home for 10 people. The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, Dementia, Down’s syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. We also provide support to people who have terminal illnesses and adults on a supportive pathway with palliative care. This wide range of conditions ensures that Nurses continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Registered Nurses are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas’ including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.
Talbot Court nurses have excellent relationships with the wider MDT which ensures all needs are met, this collaborative approach ensures the people we support receive a high standard of nursing care. We have a well-established nursing team with most nurses working there for some considerable time.

Nurses are supported with a detailed induction, continuing professional development and support with revalidation. The manager ensures supervision and appraisals are completed in a timely effective way and nurses also receive an in-depth clinical supervision where they are also supported with their personal development.
We’re interested in our Nurses having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Registered Nurses should have a UK based nursing qualification as well as relevant experience working as an RGN, RMN or RNLD and be registered with the NMC.
