Night Assistant

1 week is 4 on 3 off the following week is 3 on 4 off.
Weekdays the hours are 8.30pm – 2.30am.
Weekend nights are 8.30pm – 4.30am.
Job Purpose
The Night Assistant will work across a defined geographical area, assisting in delivering high-quality support, security, and housing services to clients of our supported schemes.
Night Assistant Key Responsibilities
Understand client support needs and contribute to achieving their agreed outcomes.
Implement night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the scheme.
Effectively manage and address any anti-social behaviour incidents.
Maintain high cleanliness standards, prepare rooms, and conduct site inspections.
Assist service users with day-to-day tenancy issues, rent payments, and other scheme requirements.
Assist colleagues in meeting key performance indicators (e.g., voids arrears and outcome targets).
Promote empowerment and independence among service users.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a housing support role.
Enhanced DBS.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and engage in lone working situations.
The Package
This is a temporary, Night Assistant worker role, for an initial 3 months, covering the recruitment process for a permanent team member, meaning the role could be extended, or become permanent.
