MASH Team Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a MASH Team Manager to join Conwy County Borough Council.
Key Responsibilities
Review child protection referrals and work in a multi-agency way.
Work alongside social workers and section managers to review all child protection referrals that are submitted to the local authority.
Attend and chair strategy meetings.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Provide support and guidance to social workers.
Manage a team of social workers.
Key Requirements
Experience in reviewing child protection referrals.
Experience in working in a multi-agency way.
Experience in attending and chairing strategy meetings.
Qualifications
A degree in Social Work or a related field.
Registration with Social Work England.
Enhanced DBS check.
