Join a leading Housing Association as a LiveSmart Manager in Tamworth, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents in a sheltered housing environment.
THE ROLE
As a LiveSmart Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the property and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key-holder for the building, managing security and access.
First point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.
Facilitate repairs and maintenance in communal areas.
Monitor laundry facilities and communal spaces.
Conduct regular health and safety inspections.
Oversee the management of residents’ rent accounts and arrears.
Ensure the completion of actions identified in fire risk assessments.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for an experienced individual with a background in facilities management, ideally within the housing sector. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within sheltered housing.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication abilities, both oral and written.
Knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures.
Experience working with older people or the general public in a service-based role.
THE CONTRACT
25 Hours per week, flexible
12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
