We are seeking a dedicated LiveSmart Manager for a leading Housing Association in Buntingford, Hertfordshire. This role is perfect for someone with facilities management experience who is committed to ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents in sheltered housing.
THE ROLE
As a LiveSmart Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the safety and security of the property and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Serve as the key-holder for the building, managing security and access.
Act as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors.
Facilitate repairs and maintenance in communal areas.
Oversee the management and monitoring of laundry facilities and communal spaces.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance and security issues.
Carry out testing of emergency lighting and fire-fighting equipment.
Manage health and safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the housing sector. You will also need:
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures.
Experience working with older people or in a service-based role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
THE CONTRACT
35 Hours Per Week, 09:00 to 17:00
12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
