Position: CWD Social Worker
Pay: £37.22 per hour (umbrella)
Perk: 1 day off every 3 weeks, fully paid, supportive team in a thriving local authority
Responsabilities :
Assess and evaluate the needs of children with disabilities.
Develop and implement individualised care plans.
Coordinate services and resources with other professionals.
Advocate for the rights and needs of children with disabilities.
Provide emotional support and counseling to children and their families.
Monitor and review the progress of care plans.
Facilitate access to educational and recreational opportunities.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Educate families about available services and benefits.
Promote inclusion and integration within the community.
