Are you passionate about delivering great services within a social housing environment? Join our client, a leading Housing Association, as a Housing Support Worker and play a key role in supporting their housing partners while being a vital member of an operational team.
THE ROLE
As a Housing Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Housing team and partners. Your key duties include:
Assisting the wider team with administrative duties.
Attending appointments and home visits with Housing Partners.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Developing networks and partnerships with external agencies.
Supporting project work and implementing decisions.
Offering advice and information to tenants.
Investigating customer complaints and dissatisfaction alongside Housing Partners.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, working within a social housing environment. You will also bring:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software, such as housing management systems.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication skills, able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
Resilience and adaptability to change.
Flexibility in working hours and locations, including occasional out-of-office hours work.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
THE CONTRACT
– 35 Hours Per Week, 09:00 to 17:00
– 12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
