Meridian Business Support are working with one of the UK’s leading Private Healthcare providers to recruit a Home Manager for a luxury Care Home service in the Alsager area of Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Private Healthcare providers in the UK as a Home Manager. The home provides around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs.

A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team.
Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team.
In-depth knowledge of dementia care.
Strong working history driving occupancy / Improving fees.
Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
Embedding the highest standards of careEducation and qualification
Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience – Desirable but not essential
Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and ManagementAbout the company
