I’m working with a fantastic Care Provider who is need of a new Registered Manager to run their purpose built, medium sized residential care home. The Home is fully staffed, uses no agency, high occupancy and ‘Good’ with CQC.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
Overall running of the home; including budgets, staff management, quality and compliance.
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
Building Relationships and Communication with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with CQC and the local authority.
Building and maintaining high occupancy.
Maintaining minimal agency usage.Home Manager Requirements:
Experience as Registered Manager desired, managing a Residential home is essential.
Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia residents.
Good track record with CQC.
Computer literacy.Benefits:
Salary up to £42,000
Discretionary performance bonuses – up to £4000 per year.
