  • A high quality and supportive provider is looking for a Home Manager to run a small, residential care home for the Elderly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading company with a family feel and wonderful culture. 
    Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:

    Overall running of the home; including standards, quality of care, recruitment, and training.
    Management of budgets.
    Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
    Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
    Build strong relationship with regional and operations directors.
    Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.Home Manager Requirements:

    Experience managing a Residential home as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager.
    Experience working with the Elderly and Dementia patients.
    Managing budgets.
    Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance.
    Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
    Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
    Good track record with CQC.
    Computer literacy.Benefits:

    Salary between £33,000 – £38,000 with a £2500 per year, structured bonus scheme.
