Fostering Supervising Link Worker (Recruitment) up to £43,000.00 p/a
An independent fostering agency, with an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’, who have been changing children’s lives for over 20 years, is looking for suitable candidates who have experience in recruiting of foster carers and completion of Form F’s together with all the work involved through to Panel pack presentation.
They will NOT have a caseload of approved foster carers – this is purely Recruitment & Assessments – caseload will be new applicants wishing to foster.
There will be occasions when they will be out recruiting – e.g. summer fete’s, garden centres etc.
Weekend/evening work may be required from time to time, in respect of Prep 2 Foster training, recruitment events etc.
Location and working arrangements can be discussed at interview.
Salary is negotiable and subject to experience and skills.
