Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Support Worker with Oldham Council
Oldham Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Completing short breaks assessments and reviews of current short breaks packages
Completing carers assessments and support plans
Completing home visits to children and their families
Working in a multi-agency manner with other professionals including health and education
Completing direct observations and visits to children in schoolRequirements:
Experience working with families and children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment
Experience in completing assessments and support plans
