Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Here’s what you need to know about the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the members of the Executive team, ensuring all administrative tasks are managed effectively, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.
In this role, you will primarily work with the senior management of the New Business & Contract Retention team, but may also be required to support other central business functions as needed.
As a Clinical Secretary, you will be responsible for scheduling and preparing documentation for meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation, managing email inboxes, and maintaining appropriate records.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of projects by taking charge of your own project action lists and providing updates to senior management.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
Proficiency in using corporate tools and systems for travel coordination and document preparation.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide effective solutions.
