    Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager working for a national private healthcare provider. The brand provides community care to people living in their own homes in Aylsham and surrounding area.
     
    As our Domiciliary Care Branch Manager, you will oversee and coordinates home care services for individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living but prefer to remain in their own homes.
     
    This will include being responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing care plans, and supervising home care staff.
     
    You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of clients receiving care at home, as well as, coordinate services, manage staff, and advocate for the best interests of clients to promote independence, quality of life, and optimal health outcomes.

    Skills and attributes

    Previous Manager experience in Domiciliary Care / Healthcare.
    Ideally a NVQ 4 or Diploma Level 5 in Management
    The ability to engage with clients to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care.
    Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
    The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing team.
    Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
