I am seeking a Deputy Manager for a small Residential Elderly Home in Stockport
Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Manager:
Overall running of the care home along with the Manager
Managing budgets
Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered toDeputy Manager Requirements:
Experience leading within a Care Home setting either as a Deputy
Experience working with the Elderly
Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care
