What’s on offer:
£30,000-£33,000 (up to £36,000 OTE).

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
To work hand in hand with the Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care service.
To have overall responsibility for a team 20 care staff.
To continually work on raising brand awareness.
To lead on the recruitment of new care staff.
To manage the development, training and retention of care staff.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1 year Deputy Manager experience within Home Care.
Must be willing to work toward/have achieved a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Must have a UK Driving Licence.
