Deputy Manager
This company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to work in their residential childcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to all residential workers and ensuring the welfare and care of each child.
Responsibilities:
Supervising staff and leading shifts
Ensuring placement plans are followed
Developing and implementing policies and procedures
Conducting risk assessments
Supporting education and training for children and young peopleRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
Minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to making a difference in children’s livesQualities:
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
