What’s on Offer:
£28,000-£30,000.
30 days annual leave.
On call is paid extra.

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
To continually support and monitor the development of care workers.
To support with the recruitment and onboarding process.
To support with maintaining the branch’s compliance.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Deputy Manager Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in Domiciliary/Live-In/Support Living Care.
Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 3/5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Must have a UK driving licence.
