You will need to have the commitment, dedication, empathy and a strong leadership skillset to excel in this position. you will be supporting the manager and liasing with service users, staff, family members and external practioners and service support networks. support young people in this service you will need to have strong communication and build a bond with trust for the children in your care.

Level 3 in health and social care willing to work towards Level 5.
