Working with stakeholders to ensure growth
Building relationships with local authorities and commissioners
Implementing innovative ways to grow private clients
Focus on compliance and quality within the service
Proactive approach with recruitment and retentionRegistered Manager Requirements:
Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Management experience is essential
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in complex care would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Track record of growing services
