As the Registered Manager, Children’s Residential, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the 4 bedroom children’s residential home
* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations
* Leading and managing the staff team
* Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans
* Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions
* Setting up policies and procedures
* Implementing plans for all children

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager, Children’s Residential role will have:
* Level 5 qualification
* 2 years of experience working in a residential setting
* 1 year of management experience
* Therapeutic approach
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations
* Ability to work under pressure
* Will consider a deputy ready to make the step up for first registration
