Children’s Home Deputy Manager
Joining the management team of an existing children’s residential care home
4-bedded residential care home, OFSTED regulated
Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
Manage and update care plans
Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
Working within a larger children’s services organisation, that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
Widnes based
Salary and Contract:
£15.00 per hour, + £75 per sleep
2 on, 4 off shift pattern
Full-time, permanent contract
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
Senior or Deputy Manager experience
Driving licence
